PSF Home for Children recently organized a swing training activity aimed at improving children’s physical coordination and emotional well-being. The program introduced fun-based movement exercises using swings to help children develop balance, confidence, and motor skills.
During the session, children actively participated under the guidance of trained caregivers and volunteers. Laughter and excitement filled the area as the children learned how to use the swings safely while enjoying the activity.
According to the organizers, swing training is not only a recreational activity but also an effective way to support physical development and reduce stress among children. PSF Home continues to provide creative and engaging programs to ensure the holistic growth and happiness of every child in its care.
